Tasks and Responsibilities

As an apprentice for the Global Certified International Specialist team, you will provide support to the team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of CIS training modules to a global audience. The post holder will be required to pro-actively respond to the needs of internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.

As part of the Global CIS team, you will work closely with CIS country champions in all regions and all countries, providing support to the CIS project management team. You will support the Global CIS replenishment process, calculating material requirements for new and established CIS modules, liaising with and supporting the warehouse team to ensure effective order prioritization and prompt issue resolution where required. In addition, you will support the CIS service desk, assisting users with warehouse order queries and portal / app queries and act as a Super User for CIS digital products and services which are critical to the success of CIS training activity globally.

Hybrid working model – home and office/East Midlands Airport

Some opportunity to travel to Europe – Antwerp (warehouse facility) and Prague (IT supplier)

Great communication skills are required – individual will be liaising with CIS teams across multiple countries

Support CIS replenishment process with consideration of moving targets and evolving requirements. Ensuring Stock quantities are managed accurately and effectively

Support with maintenance and continuous improvement of CIS portals and apps.

Support with upkeep of working instructions and FAQs for all elements of CIS programmes

Support the CIS service desk, assisting CIS community with warehouse order queries and portal / app queries, ensuring prompt, professional resolution

Work with the warehouse team to ensure effective order prioritisation and prompt issue resolution.

Act as an ambassador for the global CIS team, demonstrating new CIS products and services.

Build rapport with stakeholders and effective working relationships established

Become an established as a trusted and dependable user of CIS tools

Safety and Security

Adhere to country laws/regulations and company procedures/ standards in regard to Safety and Security

Adhere to customs / import / export procedures as applicable

Ensure any potential security breaches or concerns are brought to the attention of supervisor/manager without delay

There may be a requirement to undertake a Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) in relation to certain duties and procedures.
