TITLE:Technical Records Analyst.

LOCATION:700 NW 1st Avenue, Suite 1440, Miami, Florida

COMPANY:FTAI Aviation owns and acquires high-quality jet engines and commercial aircraft, which are leased to operators or third parties.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for supporting the technical records functions within the Technical Department and the Asset Management team of the FTAI Aviation business. This person will be a key member for managing the integrity of records for our fleet of aircraft and engines.

Other specific responsibilities include:

· Responsible for entering aircraft and engines technical records in NAV, this includes utilization, last shop visits and technical specifications upon acquisition

· Manage the physical records inventory, including working with vendors and service providers to ensure appropriate documentation is maintained

· Organize the physical records shipment and reception of records during acquisitions and sales of assets

· Maintain data on shared files sites in support of the leasing, sales and acquisitions teams; this includes uploading, downloading and sharing data links with potential customers

· Coordinate between multiple departments to ensure compliance with FTAI internal policies

· Complete other assignments and projects as directed

· Identify areas of improvement and work with Technical team to implement policies and procedures that contribute to the Companys long-term vision

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates should have the following:

· Associate degree with relevant aviation industry experience, Bachelor preferred

· Minimum two years of relevant Technical Records experience, with at least one year at corporate level

· Aviation leasing experience preferred but not required

· Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment

· Previous experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with complex details and high attention to detail.

· Strong track record of delivering accurate, timely information and reports, with careful eye for detail

· Superior analytical, quantitative and communication (both oral and written) skills

· Must have strong drive and initiative with ability to balance multiple tasks

EDUCATION:

Must havea significant record of achievement in core STEM disciplines including an Associate degree from a well-respected school.

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate with work background and experience, the company will provide a very competitive compensation package, including base salary and performance-related bonus.
