Do you enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders and working on a large variety of role types? Do you want to actively contribute to and lead different projects within the Talent and People functions? We are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join us on a permanent basis where you will lead a small team responsible for the delivery of recruitment across one of our most significant portfolios; you will partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to provide talent acquisition expertise, including:
Leading and managing 2 direct reports
Engaging with the business to understand strategic objectives, team culture and capability expectations
Managing full life-cycle recruitment by creating optimal sourcing strategies and recruitment processes that deliver exceptional candidates
Building relationships with internal and external candidates to attract and engage the right talent
Ongoing process and reporting improvements
Ensuring a personalised, positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders, whilst contributing to a strong employee value proposition
Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of the communities in which we operate

With proven recruitment experience ideally from within a complex organisation, you will have a passion for implementing best practice talent acquisition methodologies including talent attraction, mapping, networking, pooling, assessment and selection. In addition, you will have:
