Onboarding, offboarding systems and users
Providing service desk support and request management
Troubleshooting infrastructure and end user support issues
Systems and software purchasing
Software and hardware inventory management
Manage shipping and receiving of equipment
Continuous improvement, automation and innovation in the management and delivery of Service Desk process and operations, inclusive of building and documenting improvements
Accountable to service and operational level agreements between the business and IT
Scaling our infrastructure through automation and new technology adoption
As an integral part of our IT team, you will enjoy a broad range of responsibilities and influence
Degree or diploma in a Computer Sciences program and/or related industry experience
5+ years of relative experience
Experience Windows desktop administration
Experience with Office 365 group and user administration
Experience with Windows server administration
Experience working with ticketing systems, such as Jira Service Desk, an asset
Experience with Power Automate / Power Platform, an asset
Experience with Databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, etc.
Scripting using PowerShell, Batch, Python, Bash, etc.
ITIL Foundation or higher certification, an asset
Ability to make decisions independently using logical assumptions and available information
Ability to develop highly effective relationships with customers, peers, and operational staff characterized by mutual trust and respect
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Strong organization and technical skills
Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
Ingrained sense of accountability and ownership
