Role Summary:
CHC is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced candidates and for the role of Supervisor, Airworthiness Records based in the Perth Head Office. This is a key role responsible for the control and management of aircraft and component maintenance records and execution of the processes to support this responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and control of all aircraft technical and component maintenance records.

Provide leadership and direction to the Airworthiness Records Administrator/s.

Ensure the accuracy of both data management and filing systems

Rectify any discrepancies to ensure all data is accurate and comparable with hard copy aircraft technical log.

Updating engine and aircraft logbooks and component changes including installations, modifications and removals and work with Maintenance Control to rectify any discrepancies found on component airworthiness.

Assist with training where required.

Liaise with the CHC Global Technical Records Leadership to develop best practice and standardization of procedures.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
A University Degree or equivalent experience

Aviation experience within the Technical Records environment will be essential with experience with AMOS and AirVault desirable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access)

Analytical thinker, detail and process oriented

Demonstrated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality

Ability to lead in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment

Able to think laterally and provide creative problem solving solutions.
