Job Summary The Supervisor of Airport Command Center position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Airport Command Center. This Command Center is responsible for aircraft movement, positioning, gating, and US Customs Immigration. Accomplish department objectives by managing Airport Command Center staff on a day-to-day basis Responsible for training and on-boarding new hires Coordinate T2 during irregular operations Track costs associated with irregular operations Approve invoices associated with irregular operations Provide customer service and support to outstations, and other departments Enforce policies, procedures, and productivity standards for the Airport Command Center Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and coaching Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, and paid time off Plan, coordinate, and execute all MSP gate arrivals and departures Partner with Customs and Border Patrol on a daily and monthly basis to ensure landing rights have been secured Coordinate daily MSP Operation as it applies to aircraft movement and final load planning Assist in the training and development of Airport Command Center Agents Assist in the development and implementation of the Airport Command Center Assist in the planning and execution of irregular operations (IROP) events Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiencies in the MSP Operation Responsible for ensuring system delay coding is accurate Evaluate operations functions to ensure staff and practices are compliant Any other duties assigned by management Supervisory Responsibility Airport Command Center Agents Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently under time constraints Ability to multi-task at a high level Strong customer focus, leadership skills, and attention to detail Required Experience Previous airline customer service experience itional Notes Must be able to obtain an MSP SIDA badge and Customs Seal.
