Axient LLC. is seeking a Space Force Senior Analyst with knowledge in operational energy concepts and experience in the integration of air and space ISR capabilities in support of the Headquarters Space Force staff. This individual will help shape the future of all-domain situational awareness.

Provides strategies, recommendations, and courses of action for the transition of the current USSF ISR architecture into the force needed for future warfighters

Conduct analysis, assessment, and concept of operations development needed to maintain awareness of adversary activities in contested and denied environments

Provides recommendations on enterprise modernization activities and cross-functional compatibility across the Space Force, Air Force, and the Joint and Intelligence Communities

Coordinates with National and DoD research laboratories and contractors to shepherd emerging space sensor technologies, including commercial, through development, integration, and testing

Prepares staff packages, presentations, position papers, and other correspondence in support of the Space Force staff

Provides oversight for system engineering, integration, and modernization efforts for USSF sensor related systems

Applies knowledge of USSF and all-domain intelligence operations to seamlessly integrate emerging technologies into the Joint All-Domain Command and Control system

Advises on state-of-the-art technology development in remote sensing and other areas that could be leveraged

Represents the customer at conferences, technical exchanges, and data working groups across the DoD, Intelligence Community, industry, and with coalition partners

Port future concepts into M&S tools and wargames as requested Support work on future operational energy systems as requested Support other duties as assigned Extensive understanding of air and space sensor systems

Knowledge of space operational energy systems Significant practical experience conducting space systems engineering and development

Significant experience conducting strategic planning, understanding the operational level of conflict

Demonstrated ability to work successfully with senior leadership in a dynamic environment

History of policy development at Headquarters, air and space staff experience in the Pentagon

Experience developing Concept of Operations and Tactics/Techniques/Procedures

Experience withresource management and budgeting

Understanding of acquisition activities and their application

Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills

Must havean active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation l.

Must beable to maintain the required clearance

Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols
