What You’ll Do

You will lead the development of the RADAR commercial aviation asset and its delivery on projects, and engage with clients and McKinsey consultants in joint problem-solving sessions.

You will be responsible for managing multiple project streams at the same time while being at the core of helping solve our clients’ most pressing challenges with our RADAR commercial aviation tools and capabilities. You will be part of the team that converts public and proprietary data into algorithms required to forecast commercial aviation activities and market demand, and benchmark MRO and other costs. You will also develop a deep understanding of commercial aviation market dynamics including demand-driven fleet trends, maintenance and operations costs in order to clearly articulate results and insights to external clients and internal colleagues. You are simultaneously a business lead and a data scientist – an expert in both areas.

You will work both independently and as part of a team to engage clients and drive sustainable and high impact. You will engage with clients on a regular basis to discuss methodology, assumptions, results, implications and provide on-going expertise as questions arise. You will actively participate in problem solving sessions with clients and consultants.
