We are seeking self-motivated and proactive individuals to fulfil the role of Service Delivery Manager to bolster our expanding Australian Commercial Team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, successful candidates will assist with the management and administration of all PHI commercial contracts.
Acting as the customer focal point, the Service Delivery Manager will be the conduit between all PHI departments, customers and other stakeholders, ensuring business communications are achieved efficiently and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in business management, administration or related discipline
Demonstrable (minimum 3 years) operating experience in the offshore helicopter, or aviation industry
Preferably has worked in the past as either a licensed offshore helicopter pilot or a licensed offshore helicopter engineer
Demonstrable (minimum 3 years) aviation service contract administration experience
Demonstrable (minimum 3 years) aviation business development experience
Excellent understanding of aviation operations and aviation service contracts
Experience with customer communication, engagement and interaction
The legal right to live and work in Australia.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Support the Commercial Manager with the day-to-day delivery and management of PHI contract activities;
Act as customer focal point, ensuring the accurate, concise and timely conveyance of relevant business information;
Source, secure and provide management and supervision of subcontracted service providers;
Coordinate with all PHI departments at various levels, including Finance, Safety & Quality, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Logistics & Human Resources on all commercial department matters;
Collate accurate data to create and present relevant, timely and functional customer presentations and reports; and
Participate actively in the end-to-end contract tendering life cycle, including formulation of RFI, RFQ, ITT and subsequent clarification responses.
