We are seeking a Program Manager to help expand our international footprint for the APKWS product and assist in executing a full rate production program. This role reports directly to the Aviation Weapons Program Director and supports multiple FMS cases by managing integration projects and activities for International campaigns as well as the production program with cost/schedule monitoring and control. The role manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes all projects international and integration projects for the APKWS product. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company.
The role also assists the production program manager by providing proactive project management, including initiating and planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing on critical activities, Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
10+ years’ work experience with Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
Proven success identifying growth areas and developing and executing new business strategic plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Experience leading large and/or complex competitive captures in the Defense market and exposure to offset agreements
Experience supporting international markets
Demonstrated program/project management skills or equivalent. Strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures.
Working knowledge of risk and opportunity management, defense contract types, and with partnering with Finance to apply Earned Value Management techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
Working knowledge of the FMS process
Experience integrating scope, schedule and budget for the successful execution of the programs objectives
Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
