Job Overview And ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager – Operations Efficiency will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing the schedule development process, the operational execution of the schedule and all competitive performance trends as they relate to our corporate reliability metrics. The position will provide ad-hoc analysis on a wide range of topics related to how our customers experience all aspects of United’s operational performance. Predictive analytics will be a key function to help tackle potential customer disruption by providing solutions to both the schedule development process and operational execution.
Develop predictive analytics and recommend solutions to potential customer/operational challenges
Provide ad-hoc analysis passionate about operational topics and understand impact to NPS
Provide cost analysis for operational decisions to aid in course determination
Conduct operational analysis of competitors and review findings with senior leaders
Work with SME’s throughout the company to ensure Ops related challenges are data based and prioritized
Develop and present reliability-based presentations to leadership throughout the company
Build a data structure that supports a competitive top-tier airline
