Your projects will span across the end-to-end sales lifecycle from identifying airline / fleet prospects to structuring RFP responses on behalf of the Intelsat Inflight sales team.

Support the planning development and execution of sales campaigns for Intelsat Inflight.

Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams throughout Intelsat

Strategic thinker detail oriented and an organized self-starter who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and is comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives and deliverables throughout the organization.

Can you drive these processes?

Proactively research and evaluate current market trends that impact the aviation industry in order to better refine Intelsat Inflight sales and business development strategy

Maintain an airline intelligence knowledge database in collaboration with the sales team – inclusive of evaluating new aircraft orders, retirements, etc. by airline to identify market opportunities available to Intelsat Inflight

Gather and maintain competitive and product intelligence including market trends competitive actions etc.

Develop a deep understanding (over time) of all technical and functional aspects of Intelsat Inflight’s product and services in order to support airline sales pursuits

Support the execution of proposal responses acting on behalf of Intelsat Inflight’s global sales team

Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, and other Intelsat Inflight functions to structure RFP responses based upon win strategy

Draft executive summaries, proposals, and meeting decks for sales efforts in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams

Develop and maintain broader sales collateral to support the sales cycle

Assist with Saleforce implementation for the Sales and Account teams to improve operational efficiency

You should definitely have:

CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)

Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint

Strong problem-solving analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Individual must value accuracy, be process oriented, and well organized

High energy, strong work ethic, and results-oriented

It would be nice if you had:

Degree in a business or STEM field

Knowledge of aviation and/or telecom industry

2+ years of post-undergraduate working experience
