Utah Valley University is currently seeking a Scheduling Specialist for the Aviation Flight department! Working under the direction of the Program Manager – Flight, this position facilitates flight schedule assignments each semester and monitors their execution throughout the semester to maximize resource utilization and encourage on-time course completions. This position works in the records office performing various complex and confidential administrative duties in cooperation with the Records Specialist to collect, and maintain accurate flight, financial, employment, and academic records. This is a collaborative position participating in customer service, data collection processing to enable student success through the three core values of Utah Valley University.

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s or an associate’s degree and two years of experience related to the summary of duties or any combination of education and/or experience totaling four years.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of business office methods, techniques, practices & procedures

Knowledge of budget and accounting principles.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Some knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration Regulations preferred but not required
