Quality Systems Specialist – Technical Publications & Training Focal Job at BOEING – in Dublin, County Dublin
We are looking to hire an experienced individual to manage our technical publications and to schedule/ manage and record training for our expanding team. This is in support of our Part-145, Part CAMO & various other Approvals ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations.This is a critical role in supporting our continued growth.
Managing locally controlled Technical Publications
Managing and distributing Technical Documentation from Customers, Boeing and other applicable entities
Managing training (identifying, scheduling, recording) for a busy maintenance organisation
Maintaining the training matrix and required records (soft and hardcopy)
Highlighting upcoming training requirements for all personnel
Point of contact for all training requirements across the multinational business regions and external company’s.
Supporting the authorisation process for Engineering, Quality and Stores personnel
Preparing reports relating to status of training and technical publications as necessary
Supporting audits and investigations (internal and external) of BIL training and technical publications
Developing and improving procedures for training and technical publications
Working as part of a local and wider team (Boeing and/or customer)
This requisition is for a locally hired position in the EU. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the EU. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
Must be computer literate
Experience of managing data and records
Experience of scheduling activities
Experience of developing/producing metrics
Excellent communication skills
A flexible and proactive attitude with a willingness to take on and complete tasks, whatever they may be.
Must be willing to travel as required.
Must be willing to apply for and be able to successfully receive a Dublin Airport or other Airport airside access pass
Desired skills and experience
Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and processes an advantage
Knowledge of Continuation training, Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety & EWIS.
Knowledge of workplace and operational safety an advantage
Knowledge of applicable European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Regulations an advantage
Previous aviation maintenance environment experience an advantage
Experience of using Q-Pulse (compliance management system) an advantage
