About the role

Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit a Project Manager to a join a small central team working with the Change Leads across the business to deliver multiple projects.

Your role will require you to offer coaching and guidance around project management principles, governance and controls. Assisting where required with project plans and documentation and looking to hold teams to account in delivering to time, quality and cost.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring project statuses are up to date and communicated internally/externally as required
  • Scenario planning the knock-on effect(s) to project based on outcomes/
  • Attending customer meeting when/where required on project matters
  • Ensuring project risks are recorded, tracked and mitigated where possible
  • Managing and monitoring project spend

This is an exciting time to join a new project team supporting change across the business.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have completed project management methodology qualification (e.g. APM, PRICE2).

You will have previous experience managing change projects within a Project Management position.

You will also have an excellent understanding of project management principles and methodology.
