Based in Melbourne, our Air Mobility Solution (AMS) team is working on technologies that are revolutionising our skies for the future of aerospace. A future where all modes of aircrafts piloted or unpiloted, civilian or military move around our skies safer, more efficiently and sustainably for a greener and more harmonised airspace.

In this exciting role you will part of the on OneSky Program – This $1.2 Billion project is the most complex transformation of an Air Traffic Management system in aviation history.

Responsibilities:
With a customer-centric approach, provide administrative support to the team

Oversee data management activities within the OneSKY Program and deliver on data management including maintaining customer records and file management system for each project

Create and maintain the project data repository

Coordinate the preparation, quality assurance, registration, and delivery of project documents/correspondence to customers, co-contractors and suppliers

Support in the delivery of dashboards, metrics, project status reports, and CSR reports

Assist with the co-ordination of project and contract related travel arrangements as required

Prepare and process purchase requisitions and receipts

Co-ordinate business functions end-to-end (as required)

Ensuring project databases are maintained up to date at all times

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary education in Business Administration

Must have experience in a Data Management role or equivalent

Experience working as part of a team in technology-based projects

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers and partners

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have high attention to detail

Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

Strongly focused and self-motivated to overachieve goal

High energy, driven to innovate, and a team player
