What You Will Do:
As a program manager, you lead the development of our most advanced products. You will be a dynamic leader, elevating your team, making decisions and helping to guide the organization. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Make sure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and making sure of technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management for the project
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as the Korry team
Use and continually develop your leadership skills
What You Should Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field. An advanced business degree is even better!
Previous project or program management experience
Experience that demonstrates your ability to lead teams and to confidently communicate with customers
Amazing communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
Excellent judgement and a willingness to ask for help when you need it
Six Sigma, Lean or Value Engineering experience would be very helpful
PMP certification, experience in aerospace (or another highly regulated industry), and Six Sigma, Lean or Value Engineering experience are all a plus but not required
Must be a US Person
Preferred But Not Required:
Experience in aerospace or another highly regulated industry
Product development experience and business to business customer interface experience
