Breeze Airways is seeking a Program Manager for our Pilot Pathway and Pipeline Programs. Not only will this position create relationships between, Flight Schools, University Aviator programs and current & future Breeze Pilots, it will oversee the Breeze Embark and Breeze Boost programs while providing participants mentorship and a defined path towards a pilot career at Breeze! This position reports to the Director of Talent and will work closely with the Pilot Recruitment team, Chief Pilots and VP Flight Ops.
Here’s what you’ll do

Create the Breeze Pathway Strategy for future Breeze Pilots
Manage Breeze’s Pilot Pathway and Pipeline programs to ensure a steady flow of qualified aviators into Pilot Recruitment and Pilot Training classes

Manage the Breeze Embark Program – The Breeze Embark program is dedicated to Flight Instructors that are affiliated with Breeze partner schools and universities. The program is designed to prepare interested flight instructors to work at Breeze Airways once they reach enough hours. Aviators with partner schools and universities will have access to a Breeze mentor and training tools designed to make the transition from flight instruction to airline flying a breeze!
Manage the Breeze Boost Program – Breeze Boost is our innovated sponsored time building program! Selected participants will work with our partner flight school partner(s) to exclusively build their last 500 hours towards ATP minimums quickly.

Organize the Breeze Training Camp at the Breeze Training Academy for Embark and Boost Pilots
Tracking pilot’s time building and progress while in the programs
Act as our Breeze Pilot Ambassador by attending flight school aviation career events and university job fairs as well as Pilot Hiring Events
Establish relationships with Flight Schools and Universities Aviator Programs with the goal to enter into partnerships for future Breeze Pilots
Develop a dedicated Breeze Pilot Flight School to support the Pilot Pathway and Pipeline program
Act as the liaison between Flight Ops and Pilot Recruitment
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to schedule training class dates for pilots in the Embark and Boost programs
Support Pilot Recruitment by coordinating internal and external Pilot Pathway and Pipeline Program recruitment events
Market the Pilot Pathway and Pipeline Programs via social media, pilot blogs, and industry websites
Report to Sr. Breeze Leadership on Pilot supply, demand, and industry standards regarding attracting pilots
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

Here’s what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
1+ years of experience working in Pilot Recruitment or a Flight School and/or University aviator program
2+ years of experience working on a Recruitment Team
Working knowledge of professional Pilot Career Paths
Clear understanding of Pilot flight hour and other requirements
High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check

Preferred Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited university
Understanding of the military and civilian flight progression
Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)


Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Strong planning and strategic thinking
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders
Ability to work independently with little direction
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organization
