Position Specific Description
Act as pilot in command of assigned aircraft to safely transport passengers to scheduled destinations. Assist passengers with various needs as they apply to a scheduled flight. Complete collateral duties and special aviation projects when not flying. Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, teamwork and flexibility. Minimum of five years flying with no accidents, incidents or FAA violations highly desired. Employees in this role report to the Aviation Manager and Chief Pilot.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure pre-flight inspections are performed and aircraft is prepared for flight.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Act as pilot in command (PIC) of fixed wing and/or rotary wing aircraft.
Minimum flight time requirement: 3,000 hours (1,500FW multi-engine turbine/1,500RW turbine). Military flight time commensurate with experience.
Fixed wing ATP (Required) and Helicopter Commercial/Instrument ratings (preferred).
First-class medical certificate required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Acts as pilot in command of assigned aircraft
Complies with schedules and other directives governing aircraft operation
Ensures pre-flight inspections are performed and aircraft is prepared for flight
Prepares flight plans, reviews weather, and calculates aircraft weight and balance, fuel on board, and performance charts
Performs collateral duties related to the general activities of the Aviation Department and special projects as assigned
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 5+ years
FAA current first-class medical certific
FAA Commercial Instrument Helicopter Lic
FAA airline transport pilot license
