Performance Reporting Manager Job at Balfour Beatty – in Birmingham

About the role

Balfour Beatty VINCI is looking for a Performance Reporting Manager to join us on HS2 in Birmingham.

Role Purpose:
Working across the HS2 Integrated Project Team (ITP), the primary purpose of the role is to effectively and efficiently deliver data management services for delivery team performance reporting.

What you’ll be doing

Examination and interpretation of the Utilities P6 design and delivery programme

Develop and implement monthly reporting, KPI measures and controls including scorecards and dashboards

Manage relationships with the core Utilities team and the utilities function within our sub lots

Key stakeholder within the change control process

Lead the migration of excel based data management to a Data Lake Environment

Contribute to the improvement of data quality throughout the utilities team

Managing and validating large programme data sets

Who we’re looking for

Thorough understanding of all Office365 tools, particularly Excel

Primavera 6

Knowledge of Power BI

Previous experience working within Performance/Programme management on a civils/construction/infrastructure project
