Payroll Administrator – Hybrid working

We are looking for a payroll administrator who has experience working in a high-volume payroll environment. The payroll administrator will be a member of the CAE PARC Accounts team and the role will involve supporting the busy payroll team with the day-to-day operations of running payrolls in Ireland, UK and other countries throughout Europe.
Duties: –
- Assist with processing of monthly payrolls
- Liaise with payroll team in relation to payroll preparation.
- Deal with telephone and email queries from Clients speedily and effectively.
- Promote continuous improvements engaging with service providers and internal teams to streamline and improve current processes.
- Deal with banks to ensure quickest resolution of any issues that may arise
- Work to deadlines – daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Participate in different projects and opportunities as they arise
Requirements: –
- Excellent numeric skills
- Excellent attention to detail required
- IPASS or Payroll Technician Qualification is an advantage but not necessary
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Strong Technical IT skills, strong excel, word skills
- Ability to work within a team
- 2+ years’ experience working in high volume payroll environment
- Experience using Sage payroll and Sage 50 payroll is an advantage but not necessary
