Payroll Administrator – Hybrid working

We are looking for a payroll administrator who has experience working in a high-volume payroll environment. The payroll administrator will be a member of the CAE PARC Accounts team and the role will involve supporting the busy payroll team with the day-to-day operations of running payrolls in Ireland, UK and other countries throughout Europe.

Duties: –

  • Assist with processing of monthly payrolls
  • Liaise with payroll team in relation to payroll preparation.
  • Deal with telephone and email queries from Clients speedily and effectively.
  • Promote continuous improvements engaging with service providers and internal teams to streamline and improve current processes.
  • Deal with banks to ensure quickest resolution of any issues that may arise
  • Work to deadlines – daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Participate in different projects and opportunities as they arise

Requirements: –

  • Excellent numeric skills
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • IPASS or Payroll Technician Qualification is an advantage but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Strong Technical IT skills, strong excel, word skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • 2+ years’ experience working in high volume payroll environment
  • Experience using Sage payroll and Sage 50 payroll is an advantage but not necessary
