About The Role

Wing is looking for a Partnerships Lead to advance Wing’s path as a drone delivery service provider through strategic initiatives and partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience developing and maintaining relationships with top-tier organizations across the private and public sectors having extensive background working with new technology.

You are highly collaborative, persistent and action-oriented. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will collaborate cross-functionally and help define processes to help our internal teams and strategic partnerships thrive.

What You’ll Do

Lead complex partnerships and initiatives across the private and public sectors with partners that enable and drive the drone industry forward

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop partner strategy and engagement models

Monitor industry trends and develop a strong point of view on go-to-market strategies and work to align key internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with Partnerships & Policy teams to drive industry and government collaboration and consensus-building efforts for global ecosystem strategies

What You’ll Need

8+ years prior work experience in partnerships and business development within complex enterprise environments

Experience in launching products and partnerships in a regulated environment

Strong communication and presentation skills to a broad range of stakeholders across internal and external senior executives

Self-motivated, results driven and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Policy, Regulatory, Strategy, Operations, PM, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing

Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and RFPs

Experience helping craft and design processes to streamline workflows

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
