European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH (EAT) is a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL Group. It is an aircraft maintenance company as well as a cargo airline. The fleet of EAT Leipzig consists of 34 aircraft, including Airbus A300-600, A330-200 and Boeing 757.

YOUR TASKS

Coordinate aircraft routing within the DHL Network and implement changes where necessary

Plan, control and monitor daily maintenance activities at home base, as well as at outstations

Coordinate and assign maintenance tasks to external service providers if necessary

Single point of contact regarding the technical status of supervised fleets, contact person for flight crews, support departments, as well as service providers and operators

WHAT YOU BRING

Completed apprenticeship as aircraft mechanic and at least 3 years’ experience with wide body aircraft

Aircraft Maintenance License “Certifying Staff” by EASA Part-66, Category B1 or B2

Well-versed in handling computer systems such as MS-Office, AIMS, AMOS, TRAX, Netline, etc.

Very good knowledge of German and English

Willing to work in shifts

Resistant to stress and structured working method in a complex environment
