About the role
BHP is currently looking to connect with passionate maintenance tradespeople looking to join our world-class maintenance teams either now or in the near future. Having the right people working within our organisation focusing on our maintenance will allow us to unlock the value of our assets by ensuring that we have reliable equipment, predictable operations and a safe work environment for our people.
Roles are currently available across a number of our assets and locations (Iron Ore & Nickel – WA, Copper – SA). These roles are offered on different rosters across all our maintenance trades:
- Fly-in-Fly-Out & Drive-In-Drive-Out (2&1, 8&6, 7&7)
- Residential (Leinster, Newman, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie, Olympic Dam)
You will believe in the value that maintenance can bring to an organisation. If you have worked in a maintenance role in heavy industry, aviation, manufacturing or similar and believe that your maintenance future could be in mining then we might have a relevant opportunity for you if you hold the following:
- Australian Recognised Auto Electrician Trade Certificate
- C Class Drivers Licence
