Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a specialist for the development and implementation of a new IT landscape (DDMS & ERP Roadmap) and the setup of SCSM related activities within Materiel Services @ EuroDrone you will be responsible for the definition of the operational requirements according to Materiel Services business needs. This includes the harmonization with other stakeholders, such as customers, ILS disciplines, procurement, program office, IM, tier 2 suppliers or partner companies.

Digital Design, Manufacturing & Services (DDMS) is a group wide transformation program including customers and suppliers. It will renew the way we are designing, manufacturing, operating and supporting our aerospace products by delivering new processes, methods and tools ( PMT ).

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) roadmap was endorsed as landscape simplification project and has been turned into a full business transformation program to support Airbus DS.

Supply Chain Sustainment Management (SCSM): is an integrated approach including Obsolescence Management, Supplier Sustainment Management and Tooling Management to cope with all circumstances related to the non-availability of materiel necessary to manufacture or operate the MALE RPAS.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Analyzing, defining and developing SCSM IT landscape and functionalities for the Materiel [email protected] Programme set-up

Definition of the requirements for the IT products within SCSM perimeter

Preparation of internal industry and customer documentation (e.g. specifications)

Support of requirement alignments with other Airbus DS internal stakeholders, Contracting Authority (OCCAR), Major Subcontractors (Dassault Aviation, Leonardo, Airbus DS S.A.U.) and Tier 2 Suppliers

Market analysis of existing COTS software products/functionalities and derived analysis and recommendations for make or buy decisions

Planning/monitoring/testing of IT implementations according to detailed specifications

Planning/monitoring/testing the transfer of the SCSM relevant data into the respective IT environment

Contribution to cost estimations and overall program requested schedule and timeline

Definition of SCSM related processes

Support the overall EuroDrone program implementation and maturation by supporting various working streams

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Completed Bachelor/Diploma/Master degree in in IT, Digitalization, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

Knowledge and experience of ERP and IM tools

Quick familiarization with new processes

Knowledge of ILS/ ISS processes and Performance Based Logistic is a plus

Know-how in (current) Airbus IT projects, such as ERP roadmap and/or DDMS is a plus

Innovative mind-set and vision to propose and implement agile solutions and challenge the traditional ways of working

Reliable team worker with international openness

Flexibility (work in evolving and changing environment)

Experiences with process visualization methodologies

Fluent in English

German, French, Italian or Spanish skills will be a plus

Customer and goal orientated way of working

Microsoft Office skills are essential
