Marketing Manager Job at Air Partner Plc – in London / Gatwick Airport

Air Partner plc are looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Head of Marketing with executing tactical marketing activity across our Safety & Security aviation training & consulting business.

This will be a full-time contract role for 3 months with a view to potentially extend up to 6 months dependent on business needs, so may suit a freelance marketer.

The perfect candidate will have generalist marketing skills and experience working across multi-channel campaigns online and off-line (email, PR, content creation, social media, online event management). The role will be working with the sales teams and consultants in the business to deliver go to market – GTM – campaigns that are in line with driving interest in relevant online courses and services that are aligned to the business strategy.

You will:

· Lead end-to-end campaigns across all areas of Safety & Security business (online / offline)

· Manage content creation for internal/external comms (website, email, social media, intranet, updating digital brochures) ensuing content is timely, relevant, and frequent

· Manage e-mail campaigns (including basic automation)

· Manage advertising and email opportunities with trade press

· Manage and promote events – online events, webinars, in person events

· Support with brand development activity and new website launches

· Reporting: maintain and provide regular reports on marketing activity

· Use our CRM system to identify target audiences

· Coordinate social media campaigns

· Manage third party providers and key stakeholders within the group and business areas

What we are looking for:

· Strong experience in a mid-level, multi-channel marketing role

· Previous experience in a similar B2B industry (within the training or education, safety or aviation sectors would be a huge advantage)

· A self-starter who can work autonomously

· Experience working in a similar role that has required good stakeholder management skills, small budgets and a hands-on approach

· Previous experience using a CRM for email campaigns and audience targeting

· Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal

· Experience of working on complex or technical content that can be interpreted for marketing communications and a content strategy

· A result focused individual who understands ROI and tracking metrics

· An ability to be confident and articulate and to communicate with people at all levels of the organisations

· Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and on budget

· An understanding of how to deliver timely and effective PR communications

· A flexible, adaptable and co-operative attitude, able to work as part of a team and also alone as required

· Educated to degree level with professional marketing qualifications

Contract length: 3-6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
