An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Business Aviation Sales & Marketing team as a Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy for Rolls-Royce Business Aviation. In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying, anticipating, and satisfying customer requirements to increase Rolls-Royce Business Aviation products and service sales. In this role, you will travel both domestically and internationally up to 30%

Accountable for Marketing strategy for Business Aviation products and services, including campaigns for Gulfstream G700 powered by Pearl 700 Entry-into-Service, and upcoming Dassault 10X powered by Pearl 10X
Provide a source of consistent, standardized, and powerful messages for use by the Sales Directors as part of their sales and marketing activities
Support Head of Communications for external dissemination of key messages and understand the Rolls-Royce product and service position against competitors and devise tactical plans to disrupt the competition using recognized value sell tools and techniques
Educate the market, and influence customers and stakeholders to create a pull for Rolls-Royce products & services through visits, presentations, social media, published content and other appropriate medium
Manage the Rolls-Royce Influencers Advisory Board that includes key influencers from the Business Aviation industry and hosts annual conferences to discuss strategic initiatives and identify key market requirements, threats, and risks to the business, and provide feedback to wider business and leadership regarding the product and/or service requirements to meet customer needs and business objectives
Content management of product and service marketing materials including marketing plans and standardized marketing communications
Associate degree with 7+ years of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, OR
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, OR
Master’s degree with 3+ year of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, OR
9+ years of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace in lieu of degree
Prior marketing & communications experience in the Aerospace and/or Business Aviation industry, market trends and leading manufacturers
Prior experience with strategic marketing & communications campaigns for products and/or services
Intermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint functionality
Experience creating and delivering executive presentations to Senior Stakeholders
