We are a global IT consulting firm providing services to high profile clients in travel and aviation, banking and finance, government and education.

Due to growth within the team, an opportunity has emerged for a Digital Marketing/Sales Graduate with a keen interest in, or a background in IT to join our Sydney team. This role offers an opportunity for outgoing, engaging individuals interested in pursuing a sales and marketing role. The role is supported by our Business Development team where you will learn all facets of sales and account management.

The main focus of your position with us will be creating content and building marketing campaigns across all our tech initiatives, building and researching new opportunities, pipeline & follow through.

To succeed, you will be customer focused, and self-motivated to keep proactive. When in the office you will take care of your admin, meet with the team and key stakeholders within the business, as well as playing your part in the team to troubleshoot any inquiries.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Generate interest in company products and services.
Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
Create content for all types of marketing purposes
Manage products that are used for marketing purposes such as leaflets, posters, and advertisements in magazines and newspapers
Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
Create media releases and press releases and assist product presentations
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
Drive traffic to company pages
Identifying and building positive relationships with clients/business
Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Skills & Experience

Results driven
The ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of initiative and commercial acumen
You will be ambitious, driven and hungry
Degree Qualification preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to reach out to new clients, build rapport, interactive, communicate well over the phone or face to face and is engaging
Previous experience would be an advantage, but not required.
