The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the Pursuit Management team to help position Suffolk as the builder of choice. Coordinates a broad range of activities while supporting the team, adhering to deadlines, and understanding the company vision to Prove Impossible Wrong.
Assist in the development of industry leading RFQ/RFP and interview materials to secure new business
Assist with proofreading and editing pursuit and marketing materials to ensure proper grammar, accurate content, and overall quality
Assist with requesting and organizing information from various pursuit stakeholder groups including insurance, risk management, safety, etc.
Coordinate the creation and maintenance of employee resumes
Coordinate the creation and maintenance of project profile sheets
Coordinate the production and assembly of pursuit materials including RFQ/RFP responses and interview materials
Maintain organization in the marketing production area and coordinate supply orders as needed
Participate in meetings for key pursuits and provide support to the team as needed
Assist with various marketing requests from internal departments and jobsites while upholding a high level of service and responsiveness
Assist with the organization of department assets including employee headshots, project photography, etc.
Maintain a solid working knowledge of CRM system and support the team in upholding data accuracy
Assist with research and reports as needed to support team
0-3 years, ideally in AEC industry or related marketing field
BS/BA with concentration in marketing, business, english, journalism, or communications preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) and Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint) is preferred
