The opportunity

QBE Insurance is currently undertaking an important journey to uplift and embed maturity into our risk culture and as such, have an exciting new opportunity to join the team in the role of Manager, Risk Culture. Working directly with senior level stakeholders across the organisation, your remit will include:

Supporting leadership teams to deliver against agreed risk culture related goals

Facilitating reporting and analysis of risk culture across the business

Helping identify risk culture initiatives and assessing their possible effectiveness

Collaborating with QBE Group in uplifting the organisation-wide approach to risk culture

Your story so far

As an experienced risk professional, you will demonstrate expertise in understanding and uplifting risk culture across broad and complex organisations, with an understanding of highly regulated environments. More broadly, you may have HR, CX or human-centred design expertise, with a lens to supporting and embedding culture. You will display strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong ability to consult with a diverse range of people and identify solutions based on differing business needs.
