Key ResponsibilitiesAir OperationsThe Air Operations team is responsible for planning, analytics, and technology to support all operational groups.

Job Overview And ResponsibilitiesLeadership role driving the decisions on new processes, tools, reports, dashboards, insights, etc. to improve efficiency for Air Operations, around the system, in the field, and at NOC/CSC

Coordinate and lead data engineering and digital technology teams to fix and enhance existing reporting and dashboard infrastructure developed for Air Operations, CSC, and field leaders

Develop new reports and insights for Air Operations senior leadership

Develop and communicate operational reliability insights for senior leadership (e-Team)

Develop and lead the refresh of the next generation of technology to improve user experience of acquiring data via desktop and mobile tools to improve decision making of the leaders in field (Air Operations) impacting Customer D00 and NPS scores

Management of direct reports/dotted line reports, comms, reviews, Knowledge Skills and Abilities Sharing/Development, mentor, etc.

What’s Needed To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

5 years of Operations Analytics experience

Programming/Coding experience

Airline experience

Dashboarding and Data Visualization experience

Task/System/Reporting Automation experience

Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools

Intermediate knowledge of Spotfire or other dashboarding business intelligence tools

Beginner to intermediate Python/VB/VBA knowledge

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
