Tasks

As part of our team, you get the chance to form a unique working experience between our crews and us. With your logical and strategic thinking, coupled with your knowledge of airline business, you contribute to a safe flight operation for our crews & passengers at any time.

Your tasks:
Key User for our crew planning tool and responsible for further development of the tool

Communication interface between IT department and crew planning department

Set and prioritize requirements for the crew planning IT tool, writing use cases and performing user acceptance tests

Responsible to create interfaces between other IT tools and our crew planning tool

Strong motivation to digitalize processes and to push the automization of processes in the crew planning department

Collaboration on projects and special tasks in the department

Ensure that every crew planner gains knowledge about new implementations/features for the IT planning tool

Standardization of crew planners

Requirements

You share our passion for the job and are customer focused

Successful completed bachelor or vocational education with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the aviation industry

Additional experience as crew planner or crew controller required

High IT affinity and interest in the digitalization of processes

Knowledge of governmental requirements (EASA ORO.FTL)

Knowledge of crew planning tools (e.g. Jeppesen Crew Tracking, NetLine/Crew etc.)

Creative approach and strong organizational skills

Fluent in German and advanced English skills (written and spoken)

Very good MS-Office skills

Excellent Team and social skills
