Maintenance Planner (m/w/d) Job at Strato-Personal – in Villacarrillo, Jaén provincia
Plan work performed by maintenance team.
Schedule work of time-controlled parts.
Control deferred Items and align on solution plans
Review assigned A/C maintenance and ensure all upcoming tasks are planned and prepared.
Coordinate with Logistic and Purchasing to ensure required parts arrive to comply with scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Verify parts needed to accomplish workload scheduled are in stock, request parts as required.
Plan and coordinate the allocation of daily workload for efficient use of staff, skill level, and space.
Interface/coordinate maintenance activates in accordance with Flight Test and the program
Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Quality teams to develop, manage, and grow the value stream to enable fast Issue and non-conformance management
Mentor your teammates as the resident expert during translating maintenance data into operative instruction
Provide and enable release to service processes to enable maintenance cycle times
Your profile:
Aeronautical /Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering degree – excellent grade
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing engineering, Maintenance planning focused on aircraft maintenance and service.
Experience in safety-critical industries (e.g., aviation, healthcare, military, etc) is required
Excellent analytical capabilities with a drive to challenge the status quo; eager to learn; puts the team first; resilient with a passion for achieving mission objectives; uses failure as a learning experience; excellent communicator with a high sense of urgency
Demonstrated expertise with FOD and Tool Control processes as well as log-book process as guiding principle in a MRO (Part 145) organisation
Hands-on mentality and heavy collaboration with the teams to secure continuous flow
Experience in creation of maintenance instructions, assembly / disassembly procedure and non-conformance documentation
Proficient in Simplified Technical English (STE) is beneficial
Adept at working cross-functionally, especially with Design Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Program Management, and other cross-business functions.
Lean awareness – Simplification mindset, continuous improvement, health & safety conscious.
ICT Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP, MES and CAD
Fluent english language skills
Working full time on-site in Spain (ATLAS flight test site close to Villacarrillo) is required
