Air Partner, a trusted provider of private aviation solutions for 60 years, is seeking a Flight Logistics Coordinator in its Fort Lauderdale office. This role is a great opportunity for anyone looking to kick start their career in private aviation!

The Flight Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for providing 24-hour shift trip support to Air Partner’s US private jets broking team. The role will encompass a variety of tasks including pre-flight logistics and flight watching, while delivering a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers s.

The ideal candidate will be highly service-oriented, possess great attention to detail, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.

What you will be doing:

Completing final pre-flight checks for crew, aircraft location, and logistics

The development and timely delivery of both supplier and client flight briefs

Flight following and movement messages for clients

Arranging ground transportation, catering or other specific requests for clients

Monitoring for potential flight issues (i.e. weather, ATC strikes, etc)

Escalating and communicating any potential flight issues to the relevant account managers or senior team managers when necessary

Completing pre-flight TripCheq reports for crew; ensure all company safety and quality processes are followed

Proactive communication with the private jet broking team to ensure a seamless handover of flight information

Providing exceptional customer service for internal and external customers, ensuring a high calibre of operational support is maintained s

Demonstrating knowledge of the company CRM and other flight operations tools utilized by the broking teams

Demonstrating an understanding of Air Partners products and services, as well as the US and international charter markets

Maintaining the client and supplier database as required

Full compliance with company procedures and protocols

Support the Groups Customer First initiative to its full extent

What we’re looking for:

Previous work experience or degree in aviation related discipline preferred

General knowledge of aviation, geography, and travel logistics

Understanding of the US and international charter market and regulatory environment

Organization skills with ability to prioritize in time-sensitive situations

Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Logical approach to problem solving

Flexible, motivated and calm under pressure

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong negotiation and quantitative skills

Passionate about aviation

Able to promote the Air Partner culture and brand s

IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Experience with Avinode or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
