Legal Counsel Job at TUI – in Luton

As Legal Counsel, you will draft, review and advise on a range of important commercial contracts.

You will provide legal guidance and support to key stakeholders within operational units in the UK & Ireland and broader business and ensure that you continue to develop your knowledge and expertise, taking ownership for a range of commercial and consumer-facing contracts.

Working within a highly regulated industry and with a customer centric focus, our Legal team, offer advice and guidance to a diverse range of business areas covering our tour operator, retail, and cruise businesses. As part the wider global Markets and Airlines legal team, you will also have the opportunity to work on Group-wide and multi-national initiatives with colleagues in our other international offices.

We pride ourselves as the world’s leading tourism group and upon our desire to attract top talent. Our offices and culture are professional but not as corporate as you might expect. We have a relaxed feel and a sense of fun and we encourage you to bring your personality to work.

Our UK Head office is in Luton, but TUI believes that work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We believe in offering as much flexibility to the individual on whether they work from an office or elsewhere. Of course there may be occasions when we will need you in the office for business reasons, but wherever reasonable we allow you to make the choice. From the basics that all colleagues will either be present in the same room in a meeting or present individually on camera on Teams we want our ways of working to be inclusive.
