Location: Gatwick with very occasional travel to central London

In this role you’ll provide dedicated support to the Talent Development Consultants and the various CAA divisions. You’ll report into the Talent & Capability Manager and work closely with the HR Business Partners to provide expert advice and solutions.
You’ll also manage the CAA coaching and mentoring programme, compile appropriate reports and MI, support workforce planning, as well as evaluate training programmes, so you’ll most likely be an advanced user of excel, power point and all MS office applications.
Provide professional advice and consultancy services to managers and individuals regarding development and learning activities
Develop and deliver appropriate development solutions
Evaluate all development solutions
Contribute to the development needs analysis process for the CAA
Act as Apprenticeship Co-Ordinator
Supporting the delivery of projects
Track the team’s delivery objectives and report on progress
Experience of facilitation is essential
Able to partner with and collaborate with key stakeholders
Knowledge and experience of carrying out training needs analysis, identify development needs and designing relevant, business focused solutions
Able to evaluate all development activities to identify business impact
Experience managing early careers programmes desirable.
Level A & B BPS desirable
360-degree feedback experience desirable
