This is an established engineering firm. With over 70 years of experience in business, designs the electrical infrastructure for corporate, aviation and data center facilities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Develops and implements the Knowledge Management System, including collecting and capturing knowledge assets, organizing, and cataloging into the system.
Collaborates with department stakeholders to ensure integration of department knowledge assets into the Knowledge Management System.
Provides training and coaching on knowledge management matters and promotes a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Controls the accessibility and flow of knowledge according to specific positions/roles.
Management of corporate information for retention compliance and future accessibility.
Assists with other corporate communication responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and four years’ experience in Knowledge Management or other similar experience.
Competencies
Experience with knowledge management solutions
Ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and perform work both collaboratively and independently to meet objectives
Must be able to lead projects and drive for results
Ability to work with personnel at all levels and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
Must be able to coach and train as the Knowledge Management Systems subject-matter expert.
