Title: Internal Evaluation Auditor (Safety)

Perform internal evaluations on operational departments.
Participate in and assist in leading the internal IOSA process.
Act as liaison with IATA auditors for external IOSA audits.
Assist with SMS processes.
Participate in Codeshare audits and monitoring processes.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Safety Programs, including cross-training in other safety functions and specialized audits/evaluations as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Operations, Aviation Safety, Aviation Management preferred
Minimum 5 years of work experience at a Part 121 carrier, 3 years of which should be in an auditing/evaluation function
Knowledge of IEP and training experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
General understanding of applicable FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulations
Ability to perform audits and evaluations to include performing interviews, conducting research and composing audit/evaluation results documentation with attention to detail
Ability to work well alone as well as in team situations
General knowledge of 14 CFR Part 5 & 121 regulations
Excellent writing skills, including manual writing, report writing and correspondence with government agencies
Ability to make formal presentations, including advocacy of cultural change, to large and small groups, including management
Salary Range $60,200.00 – $75,250.00
