IAM Process Governance Specialist, Munich or London Job at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty – in London

Based in our central London office or in our Neuperlach location in Munich, this role is responsible for the analysis, development, improvements and documentation of Identity & Access Management processes in line with IT Security policies and procedures.

When required, the role involves participation in projects acting as SME for Identity & Access Management processes.

In this role you will handle:
Governance and standards

##Analyse compliance with IT policies and standards

##Where necessary, follow up with parties to ensure application of policies and standards

##Report to management on results

Solution development

##Develop concepts and solutions for critical applications and systems

##Design processes & procedures

##Play an active role in global project teams

Documentation

##Develop and define a wide range of documentation, eg. presentations, technical designs, functional specifications, system requirements

##Maintain documentation on a regular basis and be accountable for the quality and completeness

##Communicate on documentation content, and train others, as necessary

Information collection

##Investigate IT procedures, standards and/or guidelines, from both AGCS and the Allianz Group

##Evaluate existing systems/processes

Stakeholder Management

##Proactively work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (within IT, the business, strategic vendors / outsourcing partners, among others) to deliver consultancy services

##Coordinate with other teams e.g. Finance / HR/ Operations

Control & Processes Support

##Review performance and trends, particularly in response to any incidents, and provide recommendations to improve services and standardize a global solution for AGCS

##Act as a point of escalation for the business, whilst working with 3rd parties to ensure service teams are supporting the business

##Work with vendors to ensure all centrally managed images are applicable to the needs of the business and that all applications are appropriately ready for use

##Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar, or equivalent work experience

##Stable previous experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally in the financial services sector

##Experience managing projects and process improvements in a global environment

##At ease working with a diverse and international team, in person and remotely

##Ability to understand and interpret technical designs of databases, platforms and IT architecture

##Knowledge of ITIL process workflow

##Clear written communication skills; presentations & documentation

##Able to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally

##Analytical & methodical approach

##Adapt well to change
