The Facilities Group has an opportunity for an experienced human resources coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in a large corporate environment. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and most importantly, personable, and approachable.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Coordinator will support, organize, coordinate, and carry out all human resource department projects and processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Under the leadership of the HR management team, be a vital source of human resources information, answering any questions managers and employees may have

Support HR leadership team in educating managers and employees on and enforcing company policies and procedures

Support any other special projects the HR leadership team needs assistance with

Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed

Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files

Assist in the hiring process of employees, including recruitment, interviews, and tracking of candidates

Assist with the preparation of the performance review process

Benefits administration to include ensuring all new eligible employees are enrolled in company paid benefits, reconcile benefit statements, answer general benefit questions employees may have

Assists with processing of terminations, including advising employees on their rights and benefits

Ensure all recordkeeping meets organization and legal requirements

Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface

Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations

Assists or prepares correspondence as needed and performs other clerical functions

Performs and supports other related duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred

3-5 years related experience in a large corporate environment preferred

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices

Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation

Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed

Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
