SkyNRG HR Generalist
For our headquarters in Amsterdam, we are looking for a part-time HR Generalist eager to help us to enhance our HR organization. SkyNRG is a scale-up that works at the forefront of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). SkyNRG has developed into a global leader on SAF, active in countless innovative projects aimed at growing the SAF sector. Scaling a new industry can only be done by working collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders—airlines, airports, technology developers, producers, suppliers, governments, NGOs, and academics. As HR Generalist you will be responsible for our daily HR activities including hiring, performance management and compliance as well for initiating and implementing improvement projects. Details:

  • Start-date: asap.
  • Part-time: 16-24 hours/week (possibly increasing over time)
  • On an interim basis (minimum 4 months) possible

Job Profile

As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment & Selection:
  • Manage recruiting operations including job posting, third-party recruiting and job interviews
  • Manage/support employee contract negotiations
  • Manage staffing plan in partnership with Management Team and Business Unit heads
  • Pay & Benefits:
  • Coordinate salary adjustments and bonuses resulting from annual performance reviews
  • Perform regular salary benchmarks to ensure we compensate in a competitive way
  • Manage benefit programs
  • Performance management:
  • Run the ongoing performance management process for all employees
  • Tie employee compensation and awards to performance accordingly
  • Learning & Development:
  • Manage learning programs and resources
  • Work with external third parties like coaches to offer development as needed
  • Employer compliance
  • Internal communication on HR
  • Initiate & implement Improvement projects that help us to enhance our HR organization (eg HR system implementation)
  • Manage our HR support officer who is responsible for daily operational activities like sickness reporting, employee/contract administration, preparation of contracts

Your profile
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus
  • Experience in an international HR organization is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving attitude and knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Proven experience ( >5 years) working in an HR department
  • Natural interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  • Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Based in the Netherlands
