We pride ourselves on injecting advanced manufacturing processes and being vertically integrated with world class heat treating and plating facilities.
We are currently recruiting for 3 Heat Treat Loaders (1st Shift, 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift)
Neatly and accurately document data on permanent heat treat records.
Verify equipment and gages are up to date with calibrations, PM’s and pyrometric requirements.
Make up loads, load/unload all equipment including high temperature box furnaces into the die quench presses.
Load and unload work baskets and operate shot blast equipment.
Perform center lap on parts per engineering routing.
Apply carburizing and nitriding stop-off paints per internal procedures by dipping or brushing.
Assemble painted parts with bolts and washers as required by operation sketch.
Work from process sketches for selective painting of parts.
Copper strip parts per internal procedures.
Operate blasting equipment per internal procedures.
Set-up and run automatic blasting equipment
Thoroughly remove scale and other contaminants from steel parts without removing excessive base material.
Maintain proper abrasive levels, replace nozzles as necessary and perform routine maintenance of equipment as require
Manufacturing environment experience and problems solving experience
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
