This means the right candidate can help to define and shape the quality culture and processes for the business.

Scope

Quality is an integral part of FFE and we now seek a Head of Quality on a permanent basis, to manage and lead the quality function across all areas of the business. As Head of Quality , you will be responsible for developing, communicating, revising and implementing quality standards and policies within the company. To be successful, you will have proven experience as a Quality professional with excellent stakeholder management skills within a highly technical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Work with key stakeholders to define and refine the quality vision, strategy and plan.

Lead our Quality Council and Chair their sessions.

Evangelise and enthuse people across the business to understand the value of a quality culture

Communicate on quality matters to the Board.

Ensure coordination and drive collaboration across customer, supplier, engineering, test, manufacturing and compliance aspects of quality.

Recognise and embrace the increasing significance of a digital and connected workplace.

Set, measure and respond to quality Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

A proven track record in the achievement of results relating to quality through engagement of people and application of recognised tools/methods (e.g. SPC, CMM, 8D).

Ideally, experience in safety or other highly regulated industries.
