Your mission
As Head of Performance Marketing (f/m/diverse) you will be responsible for the digital Performance Marketing activities and budget, setting out the strategy, developing ad tech setup from a Business perspective, improving processes and relevant KPIs.
Your tasks
You build the overall Performance Marketing strategy, always having in mind innovative solutions and novel ways to deal with problems/opportunities along customer and internal touchpoints
You are responsible for the optimal allocation of large budgets and organizational resources across all channels to enhance department OKRs
You develop and sustain a holistic tech setup across all channels
By analyzing relevant data, you make customers and their needs a primary focus of the solutions developed by your team
You are responsible for an end-to-end alignment and optimization with marketing and other communication departments
You share your strategy & vision to your team and define with them clear milestones in how to achieve it
You develop a capable, diverse, cohesive, and motivated team through servant leadership to maximize collective skills and talents
You have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a (Performance) Marketing team
You already have experience in leading and coaching a team for at least 2 years
You have profound knowledge in all areas of performance marketing (SEA, SEO, display, affiliate, email and social) and know how to manage budgets and resources based on KPIs
You have an overall understanding of the Digital Marketing Landscape as well as MarTech tools
You demonstrate strong analytical skills with a strong business and customer understanding
You are able to understand and influence the overall business strategy
You are an effective communicator able to present your ideas, strategies, questions, or issues using the appropriate tone and language
You know how to integrate information from all relevant departments, and are able to identify key information, and relationships to achieve company´s goals
You are able to make decisions within a reasonable time, creating relevant options for addressing problems/opportunities
You inspire, encourage, and bring positivity and motivation to your team
You get your tasks prioritized and know when and how to say “no”
You already worked with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
