Your mission

As Head of Business Insights (f/m/diverse), you are responsible to enable the organization to take well-informed decisions based on deep analytical insights & market expertise

Your tasks

You build the overall BI strategy, always having in mind innovative solutions and novel ways to deal with problems/opportunities

You foster the proficient use of data in the organization; therefore, your department continuously develops clear and visible KPI sets enabling the teams to take well-reasoned decisions

You ensure that our existing data visualization tool landscape is leveraged and developed further based on business requirements

You manage stakeholder expectations and set the right priorities based on the company strategy and holistic needs

You share your strategy & vision to your team and define with them clear milestones in how to achieve it

You develop a capable, diverse, cohesive, and motivated team through servant leadership to maximize collective skills and talents

You have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a Data & BI/ Business Analysis team

You already have experience in leading and coaching a team for at least 2 years

You demonstrate strong analytical skills with a strong business and customer understanding

You are able to understand and influence the overall business strategy of a big travel ecosystem (group)

You are an effective communicator able to present your ideas, strategies, questions, or issues using the appropriate tone and language

You know how to integrate information from all relevant departments, and are able to identify key information, and relationships to achieve company´s goals

You are able to make decisions within a reasonable time, creating relevant options for addressing problems/opportunities

You inspire, encourage and bring positivity and motivation to your team

You get your tasks prioritized and know when and how to say “no”

You already worked with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
