The opportunity

In this exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity, you will be responsible for providing change management support across a range of global initiatives focussed on culture and employee value proposition to enable to the Group Talent Management function to successfully execute its global talent agenda across the organization. In this global role, you will have the scope to influence the ways of working of 12,000 employees.

Reporting to the Group Portfolio Change lead and with a day-to-day reporting line to the Senior Manager, Talent Optimisation you will be responsible for developing and executing a range of high-quality, change management strategies across two interconnected teams. This is a hands-on change management delivery role, with a heavy focus on strong stakeholder engagement and message tailoring across a nuanced context and you will be challenged to come up with creative, employee-centric change interventions to ensure adoption and buy-in to the various initiatives.

In this impactful and exciting role, you will:

Identify creative ways to support Product Owners in engaging key senior stakeholders across the global People Function

Implement change strategies that will drive adoption of the desired behavioural and mindset changes across our people leader and employee population

Be a collaborative team player, open to working in a fast moving and fast changing environment and comfortable progressing with work whilst certain aspects of these global initiatives are still being defined by product owners and the project team.

Lead business readiness and change adoption on assigned global talent initiatives

Apply your change management expertise in pragmatic and meaningful ways

Collaborate with project and business stakeholders to develop and execute on global change strategies and plans

Support alignment efforts across functions, regions, and transformation programs to ensure meaningful change is delivered to our leaders and employees

Your story so far

Previous experience in related management consulting, communications, change, HR, and/or OD disciplines, with track record of delivering global programs across geographically dispersed, complex matrix environments

Experience and working knowledge of talent and employee experience programs would be advantageous

Experience and working knowledge of the financial services/insurance industry would be advantageous.

Highly consultative and collaborative with an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach

Demonstrated capability in developing strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including senior executives

Demonstrated ability creating engaging stakeholder collateral with an understanding of how to write to different audiences
