Defines and drives the execution of the product line strategy globally within the given portfolio responsibility
Identifies long and short-term product and technology opportunities and identifies high valued innovations aligned with market needs
Establishes product assessments.
Supports global business cases for innovations, value chain analysis and business model definition
Aligns innovation projects with commercial and technical teams.
Optimizes product profitability and product costs on a global level in alignment with Regional Product Management.
Manages ad-hoc crises such as raw material shortages when impact is global
Represents product line to external and internal stakeholders.
Oversees the launch of innovation projects and global roll-out of new technologies
The ideal candidate will have both a strong technical understanding of the product line as well as an understanding of the Aviation market.
Should have a proven ability to work with and analyze large data sets to arrive at the best possible outcome for the business.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Technical and/or management experience
Ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, purchasing, engineering, or technical sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
The salary for this role is $95,900.00 – 139,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
