Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Complete bi-weekly payroll
- Accounts Payables processing 200 invoices a month
- Accounts Receivables running gaining report, business to business collections
What is preferred of the Full Charge Bookkeeper?
- 3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
- Good communication (Verbal Written)
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPS)
- QuickBooks experience is a must!
- Aviation industry experience is a plus!
