  • Complete bi-weekly payroll
  • Accounts Payables processing 200 invoices a month
  • Accounts Receivables running gaining report, business to business collections

What is preferred of the Full Charge Bookkeeper?

  • 3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
  • Good communication (Verbal Written)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPS)
  • QuickBooks experience is a must!
  • Aviation industry experience is a plus!
