Inviting applications for the role ofFlight Test Engineer
In this role, you will be working alongside P&W teams performing testing and validation tasks supporting PW1000-G Engine certification.
Responsibilities
Coordinate/support engine pre-test, test, and post-test actions including engine borescope inspections
Communicate testing and validation issues to customer IPT and support finding technical solutions
Collect and report to customer flight test data/engine assembly data
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
BS in Engineering or Associate degree with relevant work experience
Travel required
Variable shifts work sometimes required
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in an operational environment, including engine test cell knowledge and operation
Experience in the technical management of parts, repair, engine test, engine assembly, and disassembly
Good analytical, creative problem-solving capabilities, database, and Microsoft Office skills
