These roles will be supporting the development and execution of an Event Response Team pilot.
This team will monitor and report metrics, and perform Root Cause Analysis and Retrospectives.
5 years’ experience in auto, aviation and/or emergency services industry (ex: 911 or other active dispatcher
Event Response Management- Day-to-day activities related to responding and resolving important events, and answering calls/chats. Reporting. Resolution.
Monitor social media and escalate complaints using internal tools; report any risks or trends to internal stakeholders
Event Response and Business Continuity concerns, following current process and iterating SOPs
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
